Everyday Inclusion
Privacy Policy
This policy describes how the Everyday Inclusion website handles information when you read its guides or contact the publication.
Reading and searching
You can read the guides without creating an account. The site does not currently use advertising pixels, third-party analytics, external fonts or remote profile photographs. Search terms are sent to this WordPress site as part of the search address. Avoid putting sensitive personal information into a search.
Server records
The web server can record technical request information, including an IP address, requested page, time and browser information, to deliver pages and investigate errors or abuse. Hosting administrators may have access to these operational records. Server records and backups are handled under the hosting environment’s settings; this policy does not promise an automatic deletion interval.
Email contact
The Contact page provides an email link to our contact address. It opens your own email application. There is currently no enabled website submission form, and the website does not create a contact-message database.
If you email us, your email address, message and any details you choose to include are handled in the publication’s mailbox and by the email services involved. Messages and backups may remain according to mailbox and provider settings. Send only what is needed for your editorial question. Do not send medical records, payment details or identifying information about children.
Accounts and cookies
Public registration and comments on the guides are disabled. Authorised administrators use WordPress login and preference cookies. See the Cookie Policy for information about browser controls.
External links and requests
Linked source websites have their own privacy practices. Contact our contact address with a privacy question or a request concerning a message you sent. Include enough information to identify the request without sending additional sensitive records.
Changes
This policy will be reviewed before adding a website contact form, analytics, advertising or other services that change how reader information is handled.
