About Everyday Inclusion

Everyday Inclusion is an independent publication about inclusive learning, neurodiversity and practical everyday support. Our guides are written for autistic readers, families, educators and support workers, with Canadian services and education systems in mind.

Independent identity

Everyday Inclusion is an independent publication and is not affiliated with Simon Fraser University. The domain aelsfu.ca was historically associated with a university lab. This publication is a new editorial project; it is not the lab, a recovered archive of its work or a university service.

What our guides offer

We help readers organise questions, understand public information and identify useful next steps. Where rules differ between provinces, programs or institutions, we identify the jurisdiction and link to the responsible source. Personal preferences and circumstances matter; no guide can describe every reader’s experience.

What we do not claim

We do not provide diagnosis, therapy, legal representation or individual financial advice. Editorial-team attribution does not imply clinical credentials. If an article receives a documented professional review in the future, it will identify the reviewer and the scope of that review accurately.

Read our Editorial Policy and Sources and Research Policy to understand how a guide is prepared.
